Wow, what can I say? I am overwhelmed by your kindness. Thank you so much for all the lovely comments and inspiration. I have decided I am going to make a summer journal to start with, before tackling a more ambitious altered book project.

However, for a bit of instant gratification, I have decided to put together another background paper. It’s my vision of a Victorian summer somewhere in the north, where the sea is somewhat choppy and chilly even when the weather is warm and flowers bloom. What do you think?
